The Alamo (8-29-12)

Bjorn had a cousin here from Sweeden and she brought a friend from England.  We had lunch with them at the Gristmill and then we took them downtown to see The Alamo.

A Mess (8-27-12)

Crib (8-25-12)

Gavin loves to get in Baby Sister's crib when she is in it and talk to her and pet her hair.

"L" (8-22-12)

Baby Sister was in such a good mood and looked so cute in her Little Sister onesie she had slept in so I grab a few pics and then aftter I got her dressed I got a few pics of her in her diaper cover with her inital on it.  Isn't she just the cutest!

Sleeping (8-22-12)

Lilliana started sleeping in her crib instead of in our room- I just couldn't sleep that well hearing every noise and sound she made.  She has been a good sleeper since day 1, maybe she'll be a better sleeper than her big brother.

Meeting Tyler (8-21-12)

My cousin Anna and I had babies just 2 weeks apart.  She came down for a few days and we got to meet Tyler.  I also gave her all of the milk I had saved that I can't feed to Lilliana since I had to go dairy free.  I think Tyler looks like his dad.  I hope that we get to see each other so Tyler and Lilliana will grow up together.  Gavin loves his other cousins and loves it when his only girl cousin Camila comes to visit.

First Rodeo (8-18-12)

We took Gavin and Baby Sister to the Rodeo after the Sip N See.  Gavin was signed up for the Mutton Bustin' but didn't want to do it-- he kept saying Pop doesn't ride sheep so he didn't want to.  Fine by me.

It poured and they got soaking wet, but they still had fun.  Pop and his 2 little cowboys.

 

Sip 'N See (8-18-12)

Kimberly and Bonnie hosted such a nice Sip N See for Lilliana.  I got lots of diapers and very generous gift cards-- I might not ever have to pay for diapers!  The decorations were over the top cute!

Aren't these all so cute!  I loved the diaper wreath and it might be simple enough for me to make one, but I can promise there is no way I'll be making a diaper cake!

I forgot to even take a picture of me and Baby Sister, but I remembered when we got home. 

We let Gavin open the gifts and before we started he said in such a sweet way "There isn't a one for me?"  It was very sweet and not whiney or bratty at all so I got some of the things I always stash for prizes and put them in a few of the bags.  He was excited!

It was such a nice way to celebrate the arrival of Lilliana and get to show her off.  And as always Kimberly and Bonnie were amazing hostesses!



Love (8-17-12)

Gavin loves Baby Sister and is so sweet to her.  He loves petting her hair- he thinks it's soft.  I could not be more proud of how much he loves her and how sweet he is to her.

Bath Fun (8-15-12)

Gavin really likes taking a bath, once you are able to get him in the tub.  He seems to like to make funny faces when I'm taking his pictures these days.

2 Month Old (8-14-12)

I forgot to take any pictures of her during the day on the day she turned 2 months, but I remembered before I went to bed so I took some of my sleeping angel. 

The first 2 months flew by and I know the whole year will.

2 months old! (8-14-12)

Time goes too fast.  On the day she turned 2 months I forgot to take her picture until she was already asleep for the night, so I have pictures of a sweet sleeping angel.

Bath Time! (8-8-12)

Baby Sister loves bath time.  She does not like it when bath time is over and she is cold--she can get mad!

I guess I should take some pictures of her screaming when bath time is over.
