OK, it wasn't EXACTLY like a weekend in college, but I got to hang out with some good friends from college. We met up with our friends Scott and Nicole (who have a little guy, Will, who is almost 3) and Jason and Lindsay. We rented a house in Freeport- it was nice and had a HUGE deck that was awesome. If you are looking for a place to go where there is nothing to do, then this is a good place! We did stay up LATE-- 3 AM on Friday night, so we sure were glad there were no kids there so we could sleep until 9:30. I honestly can't remember the last time I did that. We had a great breakfast prepared by Jason and Lindsay (with just a little bit of bacon:-) Then the we just sat around and talked eventually we did move down under the house where there was a really nice breeze and lots of shade. The guys did some fishing, but didn't catch anything. By that time we got dinner ready since we skipped lunch thanks to all the bacon for breakfast! Lindsay and Jason made some HUGE burgers and we had dinner up on the deck. Then the guys did some fishing and us girls had a few beers. The actually caught something this time. I think if we would have had some crab pots we could have caught a lot of crab. Here are a few pictures from the weekend, but since we spent most of the weekend without makeup we didn't take a lot of pictures. We have promised to have a yearly weekend together. It was so great to see everybody, catch up and relax!

Then to top of our weekend we got to stop in Katy to meet Jacob Kyle Wiltshire. What a cutie!!! He has a full head of black hair. He was so sweet, I just loved that baby smell. Randy and Nancy are doing such a great job at being mom and dad. Congrats again guys, it was great to see you and hope to see you again soon. If you want to see a picture of this little guy click on "Randy and Nancy" under my blog list. You should also check out the nursery- Randy is a VERY talented painter.
